I'm always looking to see what the latest branding creativity brings us. Though ECG focuses on the needs of smaller businesses, sole proprieters, and individual artists in numerous fields, I still see it is as important to keep up with the larger, more corporate design and service trends.

Creating a brand identity is essential to any business that interacts with their customers on a more personal level and wants to give their business a more unique image, based on the personality of the leadership. Just look at these amazing examples.

Long have I been fascinated by Apple's Zen-like design philosophy. Why does it work?

An even more challenging question is: Why is Apple the leader in this new less-is-more design war? What do they do differently?

Chicago a cappella

I just finished design of Chicago a cappella's new release, Days of Awe and Rejoicing. It was a pleasure working with them. They're a fantastic ensemble of volunteers, and quite well-known as performers.
